Mercent Announces Support for Shopping.com® Cart Program, eBay Express

Merchants Gain Turnkey Access to New PayPal-Enabled, Cost-Per-Acquisition
Shopping Feature through Mercent Retail

SHOP.ORG ANNUAL SUMMIT – LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) – September 17, 2007 -- Mercent, a provider of online marketing technology and services for retail merchants, today announced support for the Shopping.com Cart program, available to all subscribers of Mercent Retail™ and Mercent Performance™.

Mercent is the first shopping channel solution provider to announce full support of Shopping.com’s Cart program, including product syndication through eBay Express. With the Shopping.com Cart, consumers can buy from multiple merchants directly on Shopping.com. Shoppers can pay for everything — including shipping — in a single, secure payment using their credit card or PayPal. Through Mercent’s shopping channel management technology, Cart orders go straight into the merchant’s order management system for seamless order integration. Mercent customers benefit from increased conversion to order, better control over merchandising offers, access to more shoppers, and a more predictable cost per order on Shopping.com. Merchants only pay fees for successful sales processed by the Shopping.com Cart. Mercent customers including EyeSave, Inc. have adopted the new program.

"Through Mercent Retail, EyeSave.com seamlessly integrated with Shopping.com’s new Cart program. We’re acquiring new customers and orders on a CPA basis through Shopping.com," said Will Klebenov, Director of Business Development for EyeSave, Inc.
